How DOes Ordering Work?
You may order any product on the "SHOP" page for a replica of that unit with any requested modifications through the available options on the product page. You may also request a specific style that you do not see listed through the "CUSTOM REQUEST" page or via email.
ARE your wigs pre-made or custom made?
BOTH. Some customers prefer to be measured or measure themselves for a wig that will fit exactly to their head like a glove.
PRE-MADE Units are made by the hair supplier according to S, M, L size caps. They are also a good fit
HOW Long is order processing?
Custom Wig + Pre-Made orders take approximately 6-8 business days when ordered on a business day. Custom color adds an additional 3 days. (*9-10 total w/ color customizing)
**Orders can be shipped out before full processing time depending upon order volume.
can i order a custom unit with hair i already have or purchased elsewhere?
YES. You will just be charged ONLY for construction + any additional requested add-ons. I will inform you if I cannot work with the hair that is given for construction.
how does your travel appointment work?
When you request a travel appointment, your appointment is done at your location or event (i.e wedding, party, home). Total will result in the requested service charge + $100.00/hour of travel | $2.oo/minute after 1st-hour
EX: 1hr 35min Trip = $170.00
